The following have the right to lodge an appeal with the cantonal appeal authority as well as the right to forward this to the Federal Court:
- Contracting parties
- Acquirer
- Seller
- other persons who have an interest that is worthy of protection in the setting aside or amendment of an order issued by the cantonal licensing authority of first instance
- cantonal authority that is entitled to lodge an appeal
- Federal Office of Justice
- Municipality in which the real estate plot is located
