An appointed heir or legatee who is not one of the heirs who is exempted from the obligation to obtain a permit, where no other grounds for the granting of the permit can be asserted either
- Granting of permission to complete the acquisition, subject to the condition that the real estate is sold within two years
- Granting of the permit without a condition if the heir or legatee is able to demonstrate a close relationship with the real estate that deserves protection
