- competent authorities
- office of the land register
- office of the commercial register
- office of the auctioneer
- Referral of the buyer to the licensing authority
- without being able to lodge an independent appeal against the referral order
- to submit a request to ascertain that the acquisition is not subject to the obligation to obtain a permit or to issue a licence
- within 30 days
- in the case of an auction, within 10 days.
