Preconditions determining the need to obtain a permit

The guiding rule of “no principle without exceptions” also applies to BewG: The obligation to obtain a permit is linked to preconditions. However, exceptions to these are recognised. However, a sacrosanct principle is that an entry may be made in the land register only after an acquisition permit has come into legal effect.
